Information handled by the app

The app uses the server address and authentication information you provide to connect to a compatible agent server. It sends your requests and selected attachments to that server, and displays returned responses, files, and agent activity.

This information is processed on your device while you use the app. The server is the persistent store for agent conversations and files. Rock Studio does not receive or store that content through the app’s normal client-to-server operation.

If you choose to download or export a file, a copy is saved to the location you select. Those copies are managed separately from your server data.

Settings saved on your device

The app saves settings for its appearance and behavior, including theme, text size, layout, and conversation-list preferences. It also saves server profiles, including their names, connection endpoints, backend types, connection settings, and the selected server.

If you include authentication information in a server URL, that information is part of the saved endpoint. Treat saved connection addresses as sensitive when they contain credentials.

You can edit or remove server profiles in the app. Use the app-data or site-data controls available on your device or browser to clear local settings. Device and browser backups are managed separately through their respective providers.

Your server and other providers

You choose the server the app connects to. That server may use model providers, tools, or other services configured by you or its operator. Their access, retention, security, and privacy practices depend on your server configuration and their own policies.

When you use the separate Agentic Server setup tools, you or your server operator run the resulting server. Rock Studio does not host it or control its storage, logs, backups, or onward processing. Connect to a server you trust and use an encrypted connection when accessing it over a network.

When you contact support

If you email Rock Studio, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond and investigate the issue. Our email provider processes the correspondence to deliver and store it.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your inquiry and follow-up, or to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us below. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private conversations, or confidential files.

Website and platform services

The Rock Studio product, privacy, and support pages do not include advertising cookies or analytics scripts. The website hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

The Agentic web app uses browser storage for the settings described above. App stores, operating systems, and browsers may separately process download, purchase, backup, or diagnostic information under their own settings and policies.

Your choices and deletion

• Server data: manage conversations, files, logs, and backups through your server or its operator. Disconnecting or uninstalling the app does not delete server data.
• Access: revoke credentials or permissions through your server or authentication provider to end access.
• Local settings: remove saved servers in the app, or clear app or browser site data. Manage device and browser backups separately.
• Downloaded files: delete local copies using your device’s file controls.
• Support information: email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.

Updates to this policy

We update this page when our information-handling practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes are identified in the updated policy.

September 17, 2026: clarified that Agentic Server is a separate self-hosting project, not a hosted service included with the app.
